Shipping Policy

Our aim is to get things to you as quickly as humanly possible. Our shipping charges are based on Australia Post standard rates for small packages, the packaging material and a very small handling charge (we are not in business to "profit" from shipping and only charge you what it costs us). Our primary shipping service is Australia Post and most of the time your books should arrive in 3 – 5 working days from the time you place your order.

Shipping delays and stock availability

We have hundreds of pre-printed copies of our books and reprint when stocks are low, based on our order history. If however, we have run out of stock of a book, we will inform you within 2 business days. At this time we will give you an estimated time of delivery for new stock. If you are not prepared to wait for the new stock, we will give you a full refund on your purchase price and delivery charges. If we are aware of any shipping delays using our normal method of delivery, we will find an alternative method. If this alternative results in excessive delivery delays beyond our normal stated delivery times, we will inform you within 5 business days.

International Shipping

If you would like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, please send us an email at info@infofocus.com.au. Be sure to include the number of books you'd like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and the email address. We will contact you with regards to payment options and shipping charges to your country. At this time, InfoFocus Australia does not know of any export restrictions for our product, however, should we discover that some restrictions are in place at any time, we will let you know before shipping.
